Collaborating with the product and development teams on the 0-to-1 initiative to bring Rooquest from concept to MVP was a highly rewarding experience. I crafted content strategies, wrote many iterations of microcopy, and ensured the app's casual tone remained consistent. By conducting user research and testing, I verified valuable insights and was able to make informed decisions based on user feedback to refine and enhance the experience.

Viewing a single project and reviewing a task.

A list of all projects in the organization with the ability to search, filter, and create a new project.

Add watchers from your team when creating a new project so everyone can stay updated.

A consolidated project dashboard gives a nice overview of recent activity.

Tasks in a project can be viewed in different lists, but default to showing by status. Tasks that need review are the most important to the user.

The task is consolidated into a data-focused view during review. The sender can accept, send back, or make revisions to the recipient's submission.

Unsent tasks are grouped by those that meet the requirements to send and those that do not. It is easy to see what it still required for the task to be ready to send in this view.

The first time a sender views the task builder, they will see a tutorial with step by step instructions as well as animations to show them how to make a task and prepare it for sending.

The sender can preview the task in the builder with the flip of a toggle to understand what the recipient will see once the task is sent.

There are many task elements predisposed with validations to ensure you receive the right assets the first time.

Preview your task without having the leave the builder to get an idea of the recipient's experience.

The recipient's project dashboard makes sure actionable items stand out so tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Just a few clicks and the recipient can send their assets directly to your cloud storage.

While inside a task, the recipient can jump to another task or view previously submitted tasks by using their task list.

Recipients can switch to another device to continue submitting tasks.
